Meatballs

Ingredients

2 lbs. lean ground beef

3 eggs

3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

6 tablespoons bread crumbs

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon dried parsley

Directions

Mix all ingredients with a fork. Roll out into small 1-1/2 inch balls.
Fry meatballs in sunflower oil until browned on all sides.
Place them in your favourite sauce and simmer for 1-1/2 hours.
